ListNest (“we”, “us”) is a shared shopping-list app. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and how you can delete it.

We do not sell your data, show ads, or use your data for advertising. We never see your payment card details; Apple and Google process payments.
Only you and the people you invite to a list. Anyone on a list can see and edit its items and invite others (up to 10 people per list).
We use these providers to run the app, under their own privacy terms:
Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where these providers operate.
We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, every list you own (for everyone it was shared with), and removes you from lists others shared with you. You can also request deletion without the app — see our account deletion page.
Deleted data is removed from our live database immediately and from provider backups within their standard backup cycles (typically up to 30 days). Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for up to 14 months and is not linked to your email.
An active subscription is billed by Apple or Google; cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings — deleting your ListNest account does not cancel it automatically.
ListNest is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or US state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the effective date above.
